Every student has a story – has ideas – has experiences – has a vision for what your school can and should be. A school improvement model like no other, The Voices Framework amplifies authentic, unfiltered, emotional stories from students that help transform adult mindsets on the topics of diversity, inclusion, student engagement and achievement. Are you ready to build an equitable and inclusive school environment inspired by student voice?
AMPLIFYING THE POWER OF STUDENT VOICE
TO TRANSFORM ADULT MINDSETS
We built the Voices Framework to amplify student voices to transofm adult mindsets. Through video storytelling and facilitated sessions, we connect with educators on an emotional level, guiding their hearts to move their minds. Hearing the real stories and real experiences from those who feel marginalized, drives powerfully constructive conversations, ongoing behavior change and improvement in student data. As you know, when a school’s culture improves, it raises the tide for all students and the community as a whole.
OUR PROCESS
The Voices Framework is grounded in a Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) Cycle, a system for continuous improvement. This system guides implementation from the initial planning stage through the time to take action. Captivate Media will lead all four stages with guidance from your team.
