We are looking for five people to join our amazing team. These positions are available due to growth and turnover on the team.

In addition, this position will support our team of cinematographers, editors, graphic designers and motion graphic designers with project management tasks. More important than technical skills, we seek someone with solid values and a strong work ethic who functions well in a collaborative team environment. After college, Jake spent 12 years working in school public relations. It was during his time filming in schools he discovered the universal connection people have to the amazing things happening in schools. Those stories just need to be told. 

In 2014, Captivate Media + Consulting was born to help change the culture of schools and show the outside world that hard, meaningful, life-changing work is happening all around us. 

Jake has built a team of communication pros that have worked with school districts nationwide to draw out authentic voices and build up communities through storytelling.
