The weather is cooling down and students are getting ready to get back to the classroom.
September was chalk full of production, back to school chatter, and the beginning of conference season for us. We're excited to show you what's coming!
We got the chance to co-host a free webinar with Radar Talent Solutions, The Story and The System: How to Attract Great Candidates, Then Not Lose Them. Built specifically for K-12 districts navigating staffing challenges, the session walked through the two spots most districts lose great candidates and left attendees with a practical plan to address both.
We also wrapped up our accessibility training series with INTO Strategies this month, which was a meaningful investment in making sure everything we produce meets the standard every member of a school community deserves. Even if the deadlines moved, we made sure we were taking action now.
Lastly, Jake and Sam made the trip up to Madden's Resort in Brainerd for the MASA annual conference. A round of golf at the Dale G. Jensen Classic, two days of hearing from our district leaders, and a lot of good conversations with superintendents from across the state in between. These are the spaces we're grateful to be in.
The first bell has rung. Students are back in their seats, teachers are at the front of the room, and another school year is officially underway.
Habits that students build in September are the ones that carry them through the year. That includes showing up each day, which is why this is an important time of year to talk attendance.

We got the chance to showcase the work at Circus Juventas, and share a student story for their Big Top Ball Gala
We had the pleasure of creating this video following Celia to learn about what being in the Circus Juventas program has meant to her. The video was revealed at the Big Top Bala Gala this year and we knew it was important to to hone in on Celia’s story in a deep way to really provide a connection that the room could feel. A super fun project with some of the most showstopping footage from any project!
